What makes it special?

On the seventh floor of one of the city’s grandest palace hotels, Le Meurice, is the Belle Etoile Penthouse Suite, a four-bedroom modern-day recreation of Versailles, with almost unmatched panoramic views of Paris including of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre-Coeur Basilica. As beautiful as the interior spaces are, there’s no doubt the piece de resistance remains the 300 sqm/3,229 sqft rooftop terrace and garden that offers a 360-degree view over the city’s landmarks. Both the suite and the terrace are among the city’s largest.

Belle Etoile, meaning ‘beautiful star’, was completely revamped and reimagined in 2019, with interiors to reflect the grandeur of the hotel’s 19th century origins, complete handcrafted details and artworks as well as a marble-clad bathroom. The four-bedroom suite naturally features incredible entertainment spaces for guests, including a dining space that can sit up to 10.The wraparound terrace and garden are modelled after the Tuileries Garden nearby.
