What makes it special?

The largest villa at One&Only Desaru Coast, Villa One is a contemporary take on the 20th century grand colonial home. Located at the southern edge of the resort with its own private discreet entrance, the villa sits away from the rest of the suites upon a 1-acre site with its own secluded area of beach. Set over two levels, Villa One extends on to a central grassed courtyard with ocean facing lawns surrounding a large 27-metre swimming pool with a pool deck. It also features spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, a private spa treatment room, an open cinema and an OYFR barbecue.

The villa comes with a dedicated host and scheduled daily activities (one per person per day) from a selection of Afternoon Tea at Dusky Monkey, a Guided Nature Walk, thirty minutes of either Group Fitness, Archery, Tennis or Padel, a session of Yoga or Silat Melayu or a choice of water sports.
