The 15-acre private island site features six contemporary beachfront villas, 12 garden rooms and a top-level suite, accommodating up to 48 guests in total.
The private island will offer plenty of land and water activities, including scuba diving and snorkeling, catamaran sailing, SeaDooing and stand up paddleboarding in the water, and on land a short-game golf course and driving tee, yoga and pilates studio, a gym, tennis courts and a football pitch.

One of the island’s main selling point is its relative proximity to Palawan and El Nido, and sea and helicopter excursions to destinations like the Tabon Caves, the Tubbataha Reef, and the Underground River near Puerto Princesa, one of UNESCO’s New 7 Wonders of Nature can be easily arranged.
Banwa Private Island can be reached by private helicopter or seaplane from Manila which takes 90 minutes to 2 hours, or alternatively via a private jet to San Vicente or Puerto Princesa followed by a short helicopter transfer.
