What makes it special?

Perched on Pomegranate Cliff, near the charming fisherman village of Przno, sits an 11-bedroom privately-owned and family-run villa. The villa was custom-built to reflect the nature of its surrounds, with the stone cliffs it sits on featuring heavily in the overall motif.

As a villa, located just a stone’s throw from the popular sites of the Sveti Stefan peninsula and Queen’s Beach, it is Montenegro’s largest single accommodation, and unique in its offering of two private pools and direct access to the sea with a boat pier.

The villa’s accommodation are split, with seven ensuite bedrooms in the main villa, and four ensuite rooms with their own gardens, and every room in the house has its own sea view. The spa features a sauna, a gym and an indoor (16×4.5m) and outdoor pool, which may be Montenegro’s most stunning – a 6x15m infinity pool that mirrors the deep blue hues of the Adriatic Sea.
